Use This Exercise:


  1. To befriend, understand, and create partnerships with the different parts of your personality, thereby developing a wise perspective about your life that transcends the limited opinions of each of your subpersonalities without repressing them.
  2. To overcome the incorrect beliefs in the fixed identity of the false self that we were taught by seeing how disconnected our many inner voices are from the all-encompassing stillness of universal, cosmic awareness.
  3. To consciously acknowledge the various aspects of yourself before consciously choosing the most appropriate course of action.
